All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner Printful, which operates fulfillment centers in the EU (Latvia and Spain), UK, USA, and other regional locations.
Processing Time
Each item is made to order.
Fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once fulfilled, typical delivery times are:

Sweden & EU: 3–7 business days

These are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, or holiday periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and items in your cart.
Since products may ship from different locations, you may receive multiple packages for a single order.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot predict or control them.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@chonktribe.com
For damaged items, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
